Here we have a brief table of what our group considered to be potential pros and cons of the new bridge. Based on these, we arranged a survey to investigate what KAIST students actually thought on the topic.
From a sample of 43 KAIST students, we obtained the following results:
Unlike the case for the Chungnam "Open Road", the consensus seemed to be a lot more skeptical of what the bridge would bring to the table. Granted, we shall have to wait and see once the bridge is actually built.
Not many people thought that the bridge would improve traffic congestion, and a significant portion also did not agree that the bridge would serve as a medium to improve travel times to Dunsan and Wolpyeong.
